The Alcor 223 is a lightweight, ergonomic, and practical .223 caliber semi-automatic rifle designed by Akdas Silah A.S. It features built-in iron sights and a Picatinny rail for easy optics mounting.
This rifle is designed specifically for the hunting community and has never been used in military applications. New to Canada in 2025, the Alcor 223 has been examined by the Canadian Firearms Program and had its non-restricted classification confirmed. (FRT 199188)
Using a Melonite (Nitrided) barrel chambered in .223 REM, the Alcor 223 gives the shooter the high wear-resistance for a longer barrel life.
The Alcor 223 uses standard STANAG magazines and is supplied with 1 short 5-round magazine.
