Who designed this. Instead of having the Allen screw on the outside of the rail for tightening it’s on the inside making it very difficult to instal and even more difficult to install tight! What a junk design. The Allen bolts should go through the rail flush and the anchor should be thearded…. Like normal….not the case here instead the rail is threaded and the anchors are not….backwards…..meaning a child from China designed this I can’t see keltec fing that up. Followed instructions and it was not accurate to my rifle design….I doubt kel tec makes these and if they do they need to clean house
